Delete account
You can delete your Chupito account straight from the app or contact us after uninstalling.
Deletion in the app
Sign in to the Chupito app and open My account → Delete account. We'll show you whether an auto-renewing subscription is still active. Deletion is only released once auto-renewal has been turned off in the App Store, Google Play or the Stripe portal.
To confirm, you type in the email address on your account. We then delete your login, profile, game progress, options, personal analytics data and local session data.
Deletion after uninstall
If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address on file at hola@chupito.de. Alternatively, you can use the contact form with the topic Privacy.
Payment and subscription records that we have to keep for legal or compliance reasons are decoupled from your account and reduced to a minimum.
